Dobbs Tonight Wednesday July 16,non-citizens have voted

    Lou Dobbs Tonight
    Wednesday July 16, 2008

Tonight, there is evidence that non-citizens have voted in past
elections in states like Texas, Florida, Maryland and
California. The Government Accountability Office found that
among 30,000 people called to jury duty in just one federal
district court, nearly 1,000 were not citizens. We’ll have that
    alarming story. Plus:

    * The World Court has ordered the United States to halt the
executions of five Mexicans on death row until further review
of their cases. We’ll have a closer look at the ruling, which
the Bush Administration does not acknowledge because the World
Court does not have jurisdiction over the cases.

    * John McCain rolled out his education platform today while
bringing the Pander Express to the NAACP. We’’ take a look at
where McCain and Barack Obama stand on education and how they
propose to fix our broken system, which continues to fail
    millions of American children.

    * Air travel has become a test of endurance for American
travelers, and it’s going to get worse after Labor Day, when
the major carriers cut their domestic capacity by 10 percent.
Those cuts will bring less choice and even higher ticket
prices. Experts expect more airline bankruptcies as well.

    * Americans are at risk each day as they travel this nation’s
crumbling roads, bridges and highways. The Highway Trust Fund
provides funding for infrastructure projects in this country,
but the agency is facing budget shortfalls that could halt the
desperately-needed improvements. Sen. Max Baucus has been
fighting to add $8 billion to the Trust Fund, which is due for
    reauthorization next year.

I have sat on four juries and twice the Judge argued with spanish speaking people who claimed to have not understood english to serve anyway. My first thought was why in Gods name would they allow someone like this, who possibly holds your life in their hands to listen to a case. My second thought is they are not a "jury of my peers". What's even more surprising is that both lawyers were willing to take them. How scary is that?

a TV station in san antonio did a story after the 06 mid terms.
it founded that illegals did in fact vote in the election and it also found out that felons who lost their voting rights also voted as did 15 DEAD PEOPLE who have been dead five years or more.

in the interview, it somehow found the illegals and interviewed them and they
admitted to being both illegal and having voted in the last election
