Why does one district court judge get to override another's decision? This court shopping by liberal special interest groups is causing serious harm to our Republic! Something needs to be done through the Congress to clean this mess up. These groups should not be able to pick and choose where their lawsuits are heard as long as our courts remain politically biased based simply on which President appointed who. Many of our federal courts are stacked and seriously lean one way or another. All lawsuits against the federal government should be placed in our federal courts randomly, not in a court specifically chosen by the plaintiff(s).
