At least the law wasn't killed and I don't think the changes will stop illegals from scattering.

It can still be adjusted. or reworded.

Isn't this just a temporary injunction until Judge Bolten hears these cases ? She then could rule to allow them to go into effect. Am I right on this ? Does anyone know for sure ?

And now you know how California felt went the judge ruled against Prop. 187 in 1994.

Next, hearings will be scheduled to begin hearing the full case in the seven lawsuits. All or some of the suits could be consolidated. A full court hearing is likely to involve appeals, possibly as far as the U.S. Supreme Court, and could take several years.

I'd like to see what other states that wanted to follow Arizona's SB 1070 come up with. I hope they all file similiar suits. In the meantime Obama is appointing judges and government agencies full of pro-illegal socialistic morons. Obama IS NOT EVEN ELIGABLE to run our country. Congress needs to get him impeached immediately.

Once the trial is over she can make a final ruling and the final ruling can eliminate the pretrial injunctions.

The appeal has already been filed.
