The STATES need to change their argument to one of cause, threat or cost to one of Constitutional Powers. The federal government has no authority or power at all of any kind to admit even 1 immigrant into the US under the US Constitution. Only STATES have this right under Article 1, Section 9 of US Constitution, balanced by the federal authority after 1808 to prohibit it.

US Constitution

Article 1. Section 9.

The migration or importation of such persons as any of the states now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a tax or duty may be imposed on such importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each person.

If we don't uphold and enforce our Constitution, we will lose our country.

These Judges everyone wants to wail about as some sort of special people that we are to blindly follow on these types of issues are political hacks, graduates in most cases of globalist teaching law schools, who almost to a person hasn't actually ever read the Constitution, all they've read is what other globalist taught lawyers and judges write about it, and the same before them, and the same before them.

We haven't almost lost our country without reason. We've been the victim of the great enemy within.

Remember, the federal court system never once in the history of the United States ruled against slavery. These are the precedents taught in our law schools. It took 2 million American soldiers who volunteered to risk their lives, farms, businesses, families to fight the bloodiest war Americans have ever fought with the greatest casualties in our history to end this travesty in the United States, when a simple correct legal conclusion from a federal court, a state court, a state Supreme Court, and the US Supreme Court could have brought it all to an end with a stroke of a pen.
