NEW YORK — A judge formally banned the citizenship question from the 2020 census days after President Trump announced his administration would no longer seek to add it.

Judge Jesse Furman signed an order Tuesday after New York State Attorney General Letitia James and the American Civil Liberties Union told him in a letter that defendants including the Commerce Department won’t oppose the request for an order. The Justice Department declined to comment.

The order was largely a procedural move allowing Furman to retain jurisdiction in the event the government switches tactics and pursues adding it again.

For now, though, the order has the effect of closing the dispute.

Trump announced last Thursday he’ll try to ascertain the citizenship of more than 90 percent of the population through data from seven government agencies.

This is outrages, nobody should fill it out! Nationwide protest!

They are counting non-citizens, illegal aliens, so they get more of our Federal Tax Dollars, more seats in the White House, in sanctuary cities and states.

We are not working and paying our taxes so our Federal Government can harbor, aid and abet illegal aliens. They contradict their own damn laws they pass!

Our government embezzles OUR taxpayer dollars, misappropriates those funds, and USE those funds earmarked for the American people to FUND, aid and abet illegal aliens. They are suppressing OUR votes, they are destroying our country. This is fraud and abuse of our money. It is not their money to do what they want with … it is ours!

Those seats should NOT represent illegal aliens on our soil! Over 25 million of them and growing!

End birthright citizenship...they are not U.S. citizens. Another scam on the American people allowing foreigners to come to our soil, give birth, and award them OUR citizenship!
