Man, I used to live in PG County in the late '80s. I really don't remember these kind of things even getting any consideration. In my time, it was a highly transient area. But even then, it was difficult to obtain employment unless you commuted to DC.

If illegal aliens want to attend a US college, they should be paying INTERNATIONAL student tuition. State residency should not apply to them as they are not legal federal residents.

When will these race-based yahoos quit wasting out tax dollars trying to reward lawbreakers?? These students are no longer children, so why is the tired mantra of "but they had no choice, their parents brought them here" even an issue? They are adults, not children. If here illegally, deport them along with their parents. They can apply to US colleges as other INTERNATIONAL students do. End of whining arguments. Here's a fact of life...Not everyone can go to college, deal with it.

I actually lived in Tacoma park in the late 80's when I worked in DC.
It was NOTHING like it is now.
No one speaks or understands English- it is a complete Sanctuary for all kinds of illegal alien criminals.

Heed this warning in other states! Maryland suburbs closest to DC are the MAJOR Sanctuaries for any illegal alien who decides to squat. Do you feel safe having this happen so close to DC?
