The Feds need to obtain a federal search warrant then boldly march into this so-called "Church" and arrest her without apoligy or reservations. This should be done in front of the presses camera's without any signs of hesitation. This action would shut down the entire new left sanctuary bunch and show the illegals time here is limited and ending quickly.

She came to my town to announce her intentions last week. Fantastic It would be very appropriate for this neck of the woods Sanctuary-ville that she be arrested ASAP.

Only about 20 people attended her announcement in Waukegan. Even La Raza reported it was a sparse crowd. So....maybe not too many folks really care about her plight as they are TOO worried about their OWN.

Take her activism back to Mexico and make changes there I say.

They need to go into that church at 12:01am Tuesday Morning and execute that deportation order. It will only take one time and these illegal obsconders will learn they cannot evade the law in a church.

ICE is affraid of looking like the bad guy by breaching the sanctity of the church...they are cowards and they need to show they will not be allowed to hide behind churches.

It would seem to me the illegal invader already breached the sanctity of the church when she decided to take refuge there in avoidance of a deportation order.

But hey, I guess churches are no longer just for worship any longer, they can now be used as safe havens by illegals.

Here is an article from La Raza. Although not the best translation -google- it does have some bits of information in it. Elvira called her with advice!

She's going to sell crafts to get by. She had her first child at 14?! Well, have a read.

Sosad, I hope to goodness they go in tomorrow. That would be such a boost for our side.

Chicago, Jan. 28 (EFE) .- The undocumented Mexican activist Flor Crisostomo decided today to challenge a deportation order and took refuge in the same church that hosted for a year to Elvira Arellano, in the northwest of Chicago.

"Not what I defy any law, but to continue the fight," said Crisostomo plunged into tears.

"I know that I have nothing to win, I have no children and citizens is certainly going to deport me," he added at a press conference.

Arellano participated in the telephone press conference from Mexico, and urged Chrysostom "not to take a step back."

The ICE spokesman in Chicago, Gail Montenegro, lamented in a press release that Crisostomo has chosen to continue to violate immigration laws and said that "until tonight if it does not comply with the order of the immigration judge, they become a fugitive."

He added that the ICE has priorities in its actions, "Ms. Crisostomo will be stopped at the appropriate time and place, according to the safety of everyone involved."

At the forefront of a campaign called "America open your eyes," Chrysostom wants to disseminate its message against the North American Free Trade Agreement in North America, primarily responsible for illegal immigration, he said.

According Chrysostom said, his work allowed illegal in US 300 dollars per week to send their children in Mexico.

To collect this money intends to make crafts to sell, and also has the financial support of those who give him shelter.

"She has a message," said Walter Coleman pastor of the United Methodist Church Adalberto, Humboldt Park neighborhood, which granted "sanctuary" Chrysostom.

"She wants America to see that what they do does not work, that 12 million people do not go because they have families in this country, and become more and more hidden in the shadows," said Coleman.

For its part, Emma Lozano Center Without Borders, said that other undocumented immigrants could join Chrysostom at the shrine in the future.

Also present at the press conference, Commissioner Roberto Maldonado of the board that governs the Cook County where settles Chicago, called "stop the persecution of Hispanics that makes this government.

Maldonado, who is a native of Puerto Rico, described as "unjust" the FTA with Mexico, "because it only applies to trade and does not comply with the free movement of persons".

Chrysostom native to Oaxaca, Mexico, but their children, 9, 11 and 14 years living in Guerrero with the maternal grandmother.

Here was arrested on April 19, 2006 in a raid ICE against IFCO Systems company where he worked with false identity and fell further 26 other undocumented.

Despite his pending case, Chrysostom joined the Arellano activism against the deportation of parents with children citizens, organized marches and fasts conducted while his case was presented as an example of the need for comprehensive immigration reform.

After several extensions, a judge determined that due to leave the country on 28 January 2008.

Elvira Arellano and his son Saul citizens were refugees in the church Adalberto for one year until August 16, 2007, occupying a room on the top floor which will now be aimed at Chrysostom.
