Frederick Sheriff On National Immigration Panel
FREDERICK, Md.
Frederick County Sheriff Chuck Jenkins is joining a national panel on immigration as a result of his outspoken support for local enforcement of immigration laws.
Jenkins says he is eager to begin work as a member of the National Sheriffs' Association's immigration subcommittee. Jenkins testified at a congressional hearing in March that his agency's involvement in a program allowing local authorities to enforce federal immigration laws has been an overwhelming success.
He said that in one year, his deputies identified 337 illegal immigrants -- 309 of whom were put into deportation proceedings.

This article sounds good to me and again it appears our local law enforcement has to stand up against the problem of illegal alien invasion since our federal government seems to rest on their laurels. Which in turn makes it more dangerous out there for our officers!

This is just what we need to fight against the radicalism that is trying to merge all of NA into the NAU.
