Our supposed lawmakers created these laws and rules, they can change them immediately. But instead they will point fingers at everyone else. Detestable as it may be, they need to barracks these children until deported. If they can't verify the legality of those they would give them to, they must not release them.
What will come next is their parents will file suit against our government for child endangerment and abuse. Of course the politicians will not be held accountable.
