A convicted felon was caught re-entering the Valley

BROWNSVILLE – Border Patrol agents arrested a convicted felon re-entering the Valley illegally.

Pablo Salinas Martinez spent four years in a state jail for intoxication manslaughter. He was released from jail two months ago and deported back to Mexico.

Border Patrol agents caught Martinez just outside of Brownsville Thursday night. We’re told he will face a federal charge of illegal re-entry since he is a convicted felon and was deported.
