2 brothers with ties to drug cartel arrested

Mexican federal police arrested two brothers who were on a list of wanted suspects tied to the Juárez drug cartel.

Police said Ubaldo "El Mon-rroque" and Luis Humberto Rubio González were linked to La LÃ*nea, a gang tied to the Juárez cartel.

Police said the men killed, kidnapped and extorted people. Officials also accused them of trafficking drugs and stealing vehicles. The arrest took place in Aldama, in the southern part of Chihuahua.
