MCALLEN - DPS seizes a huge load of pot worth millions on the street. The illegal cargo weighed in at nearly 10,000 pounds. They found it stashed in boxes in this tractor trailer.

A load like this is worth more than $3 million on the street. It's precious cargo for the cartels.

The 26-year-old Mexican national who lost the load to authorities is in custody. Troopers Johnny Hernandez says it may be a good things he's safe behind bars and not facing cartel members.
