A man adopted by a U.S. couple when he was 6 months old has been deported to El Salvador after spending five years in immigration detention in Otay Mesa while he appealed his case.

Jess Mustanich, shown at an immigration detention facility in Otay Mesa in 2005, was deported to El Salvador this month.
Jess Mustanich, 29, arrived in El Salvador on July 10 after losing his appeal to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals last spring, a proceeding that stemmed from a burglary conviction 11 years ago. Sounds like breaking into their parents
homes was practice which could/would
have led to other criminal activity.
I wish this law was equally enforced across

I am in tears this is only one side of the story the parents dropped the ball more times then LA did against the Boston in the playoffs.
ICE follows the law and the orders of the court, so sick of people who ignore the law blaming ICE.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

It sounds like Jess Mustanich is in a good position to teach English. The tourism industry now needs more bilingual employees. The El Salvadorean Civil War has been over now for 14 years.
Recently the El Salvadorean government has been trying to promote tourism. Since for them to stay here they need to have people think El Salvador is a war zone. The amnestyists are acting against the Salvadorean government and the development of their country.I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
