NAPLES — A Golden Gate man who killed a 20-year-old motorcyclist while backing out of a driveway early this year was sentenced Tuesday to five years of probation and will be deported back to Mexico.

Collier Circuit Judge Frank Baker rejected a plea agreement that recommended that 24-year-old Pastor Yesacs Lopez, an illegal alien who was living at 1775 40th Terrace S.W., be sentenced to time served in the county jail since Jan. 27. That was the day 20-year-old Derek Andreas Christensen of Naples died of internal injuries in the hit-and-run crash.

As Yesacs stood before the judge, not tall enough to reach a microphone set up for defendants, Baker read the state Department of Corrections sentencing report, which suggested a minimum of 291â

This Judge needs to be thrown in Jail to carry out the sentance this ILLEGAL ALIEN should have got... LIFE BEHIND BARS

I don't know about live, but fleeing the scene of the an accident that caused a death should have definitely netted the illegal aliens some serious prison time.

What?! The judge thinks a few months served and probation IN MEXICO is all the illegal alien deserves for KILLING AN AMERICAN?! The judge needs to be disbarred.
