    Compared to the illegal under-educated immigrant from Mexico. Why doesn't Mexico inform it's citizens not to fly their flag in America?

    That actually happened quite some time ago; about a year. If I remember correctly, they sued this veteran and won. I don't remember for sure but I think he was fined.

    Why didn't the local police take action for our flag before our veteran had to? And the courts thinks it is fine to place another flag above ours.

    I honestly can't remember now what grounds they sued on but I remember people talking about taking up a collection to help this veteran pay his fine. He should have gotten a damn medal!!

    Thank goodness for guys like this! everything he said and did was RIGHT ON!

    This interests me because this guy would have been illegally doing this in Mexico! FYI here's the law (its long and in spanish):

    citizens are not allowed to fly the Mexican flag in Mexico unless they have special permission or it is a national holiday when flying the flag is permitted by ordinary citizens. Flying the Mexican flag in Mexico below a foreign flag cannot be done in any way shape or form at all. If this shop owner was Mexican he would know that it is common knowledge.

    when looking at google I see that the VET was arrested for desicrating the Mexican flag, is this true? I guess burning the Mexican flag would be out of the question yet it is alight to burn an American flag in america, go figure.
