FMCSA extends comment deadline for cross-border program
By Steven Mackay
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is extending the comment period for its Federal Register notice concerning the Mexican cross-border trucking demonstration program until the close of business July 9.
The comment period was to have expired June 28. The FMCSA cited glitches in the docket computer service as the reason for the extension. Comments can be made by clicking here. The required docket number is FMCSA-2007-28055.
“In the spirit of transparency, we have extended the comment period to give the public more time to review supplemental information added to the docket and because of technical problems due to relocation of the docket computer servers, which interfered with viewing access,â€Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

I would beg Americans make comments ...this is horrible in so many ways...It is Mr Donahues / US Chamber of Commerce first step of opening the doors for the NAU/SPP/NAFTA highway...Destroying the US Truckers...and mainly the independent Trucker first then the company drivers would be forced to drive for much much less
rememder he is the man who called of us dumb as a box of rocks if we were against mass illegal immigration fo employers...those jobs Americans won't do....Never look at another flag. Seems like Americans really do not understand how the American truckers are the blood that keep the body of America alive
