Former McDonald's manager sentenced in document fraud case

A former manager of a local McDonald's restaurant Wednesday was sentenced to 32 months in federal prison for her role in a scheme to sell identities of American citizens to employees within the restaurant chain.

Eva Ramos, 36, must also pay a $1,500 fine and serve a three-year supervised release term after she completes her custody sentence, U.S. District Judge William T. Moore Jr. ordered.

Ramos pleaded guility earlier to providing identities to illegal immigrant to ue in applying for jobs in Savannah-area McDonald's restaurants.

This opens up McDonald's for potentially huge lawsuits.

The Identity Theft protection business is booming, and I suspect there will be lawsuits against McDonalds, with McDonalds providing not only handsome restitutions to those who had their identities stolen, but also provide them with extended identity theft insurance and protection as well.

This identity theft is rampant in every public sector where Mexican supervisors hiring illegal aliens from Mexico have access to sensitive identity information (e.g., SSANs, credit card numbers, addresses, phone numbers, DOBs, etc.)

People have absolute NO CLUE have VIRULE this epidemic really is. The government know exactly how volatile it is, yet still refuses to acknowledge how deep and wide spread it really is.

In it's truest form, the government is knowingly harboring millions of illegal aliens by refusing to enforce existing immigration laws on the employers hiring them.

Not only that, the government is attacking those (e.g., Alabama Governor Robert Bentley and Arizona Governor Jan Brewer) for attempting to protect their populations and economies from the impact of hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens on their States.

Our own attorney general eric holder even pumps thousands of automatic weapons into the Mexican drug cartels and flaunts it openly before Congressional hearings.
