Four illegal aliens who were all previously deported are now facing charges for re-entering the country.

Jose Solorzano-Rojas, a 39-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, Ervin Vasquez-Salas, a 26-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, Erick Quinto-Correa, a 27-year-old illegal alien from Mexico and Christian Guardado-Alvarenga, a 27-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador are facing charges for re-entering the U.S. after already being deported.

According to a Department of Justice (DOJ) news release, Rojas was previously convicted in January 2008 for carrying a gun without a license for it in the state of Pennsylvania. After his conviction, he was deported from the U.S. and sent back to Mexico in September of 2009. After his deportation, prosecutors say he illegally re-entered the U.S. again.

Salas was previously deported from the U.S. in April of 2011, while Correa was deported in September of 2010 and Alvarenga was deported in May of 2012. Like Rojas, all are facing deportation again if convicted of re-entering the U.S.

Rojas, though, is facing a heavier federal sentence if convicted – a maximum of 10 years in federal prison – due to his previous illegal firearm conviction in the U.S.
