Thread: Fox New with Shepherd Smith

I was listening to Fox New with Shepherd Smith tonight. He said something about the supreme court hearing two cases that they combined into one. Two individuals were fighting deportation but they did not having enough time in the US . Their lawyers are trying to convince the court to allow them to use their parent’s time in country as a mitigating factor and to allow them to use their parents time in country to file to fight deportation. I missed some of the story. The obama administration said it would set a dangerous precedence Did anyone else catch this?
