According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities and charged with misdemeanor or unspecified crimes.

They remained incarcerated at the time of the report:
Saturday, 10:52 a.m.

Miguel Casarez, Jr., 28, of 600 Redmond Rd., Apt. A-3, in Rome, was arrested Friday at 1:20 p.m. by the Rome Police Department and charged with a misdemeanor probation violation, with original charges that include DUI, no license and improper lane change.

Noe Chum-Lopez, 33, of 9 Cherry St. in Rome, was arrested Friday at 5 p.m. by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on a hold for ICE.


Wilson Facun Perez-Escalaunt, 32, of 9 Cherry St. in Rome, was arrested Friday at 5:50 p.m. by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on a hold for ICE.
