I like how they had to bring up the fact that the officer who arrived did not speak Spanish. So what?

Quite frankly, I'm fed up with all this "they live in fear" crap. Of course they do. They're living in fear because they're criminals.....that's what criminals do.

Okay, this is the utlimate attack on the American people, the use of "fear propaganda" which La Raza and their affiliates will try to use against us.

Sympathy is in order and it's in order for the American people who are having their rights as American citizens walked all over and ignored by the very people who are being highly compensated to protect them.

Milllions of illegal aliens are in our country because of our government's failure to enforce our laws and thereby their failure to uphold the rights of the American people.

Illegal aliens are here because President Bush, specifically, has left our borders open and because he has invited them to enter our country illegally, and therefore he has broken his oath of office to the American people.

Anyone who is in another country, no matter which country, on any continent must realize and expect to be arrested and deported when that country discovers your illegal status.

    Facts about Emelina Ramirez Bojorquez

This was NOT her second offense of being deported before.
When she came into the country via Texas, she was apprehended and instructed to return for an Immigration Hearing in a month. She had continued on to Georgia and could not afford, financially to return to Texas to appear. A order of deportation was issued. Fast forward approx. 1 year....
She married a police officer from Carrollton, GA who, instead of obtaining an attorney and getting her legal status straightened out, held her status over her head, and was abusive towards her. He is the father of her youngest US born child. After about a year and a half of abuse, and aid from a womans shelter, she obtained a divorce from the abusive cop, and thanks to him, remains "undocumented". Fast forward another year....
She is attacked by 3 roommates, 2 women and one male. The police arrest her and one of the other women, and at the initial bond hearing, the judge lets the other women, who is hispanic, but speaks good english, out / off.
Emelina was remanded into the custody of ICE because when she was fingerprinted, the old existing order of deportation came up.
The truly sad part in all of this, is the chidren, 8 yr. old Wendy, and 3 yr. old Karla. They are the ones who are suffering the most.
Karlas' father has not paid child support in I don't know how long, nor has he made any attempt to see his daughter, and now the girls are without their mother because she was attacked and had Wendy call 911 and report it.
Yes, Emelina Ramirez Bojorquez is pregnant again, by a man that she met and truly made her happy, whole and complete for the first time since I've known her, but that is another story.
Emelina and her girls don't deserve this regardless of her Immigration Status. If her x-husband had of done the right thing, she would be legal, and what of her US Citizen daughter?
The kids world has already been ripped apart, their hearts torn out, they just want AND NEED their mother back.

MFriedl3-SHE made the decision to set herself and her children up for this kind of life.I'm sorry she was involved with an abusive husband but it is not all his fault. Why is it the husbands fault that she's still "undocumented/illegal"?She could have gotten a lawyer for herself to get the immigration/deportation staightened out just as easily as she got one for a divorce. She put the children in this situation she should have to face the consequences. If she had not broken the law by coming here illegally and then further made things worse by skipping a deportation hearing (nice to see she respects our laws) she wouldn't have these problems.I'm so glad she finally found herself a man to love and is happy now, maybe if she had put forth the same effort to get her legal status situated instead of starting families with different men she wouldn't be in this mess.Sell this sob story elsewhere.
Kinda funny at the end of the post with the legalese-Can't do the time- don't do the crime.

"If you have victims of crime no longer getting help from state officials, perhaps lawmakers need to change the law or officers need to exercise more discretion," said Victor Romero, a law professor at Pennsylvania State University. "They need to understand what is their focus: Do they want to be mini federal immigration officers, or do they want to make sure their communities are safe?"

If our local LE enforce immigrationlaws - our communities will be safer.

As to the poster in defense of this woman, I find it so ironic that someone would quote our laws and our consitution to attempt to justify a lawbreaker. This woman has had a deportation hearing, which she chose to ignore. Usually it is not just the border crossing law they break. That breaking leads to others - working, driving, freebies, etc.

Yes, they love our laws when they try to use them against us and just ignore those they are supposed to obey. Strange world -isn't it?

If they are LEGAL, there's NO problem. All criminals (white...black...green) are in fear of law enforcement....this is no different! GO HOME ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
