KINGMAN, Ariz. (AP) - Five illegal immigrants found during a traffic stop were being turned over to federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

Mohave County sheriff's deputies arrested the immigrants late Thursday after stopping their vehicle in the area of U.S. 95 and La Entrada.

Deputies say the driver, 34-year-old Alejandro Gonzaga-Juarez of Phoenix, showed them a driver's license from Mexico.

The sheriff's department says ICE was contacted, and the driver and four passengers were determined to be illegal immigrants.

They were taken into custody without incident and detained for ICE.
