    Ten members of the SUR 13 street gang were arrested in the Atlanta area over the weekend by agents with several federal agencies, along with the Alpharetta Police gang unit.

    Agents said they were able to track the gang members to a home known as a gang hangout. The suspects wore numerous gang tattoos and had paraphernalia that connects them to the SUR 13 gang, police said. Alpharetta police also seized a shotgun from the home.

    The suspects, all citizens of Mexico, have been charged with immigration violations and were being held by Immigration authorities. Their arrests were part of "Operation Community Shield" -- an anti-gang initiative launched in March.

    I've seen these gangs in Florida. They look capable of doing ANYTHING. How could GWB allow them to get into the United States after what happened in 2001?
