Throughout the entire time it took to read this article, my thought from start to finish was "If Congressional Republicans don't inderstand Gov. Romney's answers to immigration issues. as an indfependent, I do not have any chance of understanding his answers." Rep. Hensarling, I'll be asking you in person to explain!

Taking their cues from Romney, House Speaker John Boehner and Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell have refused to weigh in on the ruling — with McConnell punting a reporter’s question Tuesday to border-state Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas.).

Romney has also pledged to veto the Democratic DREAM Act but has been mostly mum about Rubio’s yet-to-be-unveiled legislation.

“Clearly, at this point, with the presidential campaign picking up, I think that the Republicans would look to any leadership that might come from [Romney] on that,” Sen. Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) told POLITICO. “Any positions Gov. Romney might want to promote would be something that would be followed up on by Republicans.”
I keep arguing that Romney needs to take a stance on this issues and that simply us demanding Congress to take action will not be enough. They clearly want guidance from Romney and if he's not giving it, then who do we turn to? We need to slam Romney's phones and email servers until he takes a firm stance, not Congress.

And if Romney's oh so grand strategy is to remain silent on this issue in order to not fuel the left then why not just promise amnesty? I mean it's perfect guys! That would surely neutralize the advantage the left have with Hispanics and guarantee Romney a win!!!1! Oh but wait.... we've just given in to the illegals goal because we were too blinded by our desire to beat Obama at any cost.
