Thread: GOP Unveils Revised Amnesty Immigration Legislation

Only one politiican in our government alone, by himself can put a dead stop to illegal immigration and immediately shut down the borders with undisputed legal and Constitutional authority: the President of the United States. However, President Bush, instead of leading the fight to secure our borders and stop massive illegal immigration, is at the head of the movement to enable it against federal law, against his oath of office, and against the national security of the United States and the safety of the American people.

Thus, the President is a traitor, who himself should be removed by whatever means legal or otherwise is necessary before America implodes from the actions of a traitor and his treasonous cabal regardless of their putative office or authority which they have utterly abidcated by consistently and deliberately ignoring and violating US law in a time of war, against all legal provisions, and against the vast and overwhleming will of the collective American population.

We have to ask ourselves, must we suffer traitors and by illegitimate interpretations of law be governed? If so, we must also accept that laws and Constitutional guarantees mean nothing and our votes and voices even less. Then it can be said that we have no goverment, for a government based on the rule of men and not the rule of LAW is not the legally constituted government of the United States and we, the citizen electorate have no obligation to abide by it as our government has been overthrown from within and no longer exists.

The national and Constitutional crisis we now face is that which our Founding Fathers predicted we would have to when power became absolute and elected leaders once again devolved into dictatorial tyrants and free citizens into indentured subjects with little or no meaningful representation much less participation in their own political destiny. If our republic has come full cirle in 230 years to the point at which we must reclaim it by force, then that is what we must do unless we wish to ackknowledge that America existed between 1776-2006 and afterward was no more.

Is the petty avarice, greed, and stupidity of corrupt and immoral men in temporary positions of political power worth putting America to the sword for? Little do they know, but when the power elite suspends all notions of honor, morality, trust, duty, and law; they invite a similar and equal response from the victims of their illegitimate and malignant rule, for once the social contract that binds the governed and the leaders is severed and rendered meaningless, the consequences are inevitable: revolution and civil war or servitude and slavery. I was born free thanks to the sacrifices of brave and noble American predecessors, and that's the way I'll die even if I have to help bring this criminal regime down by force as my ancestors once had to do.

Tidbit...I just learned that Yale University has cut back its enrollment admissions by 17-22%!!

Why? With a burgeoning population, why would Yale cut back on its admissions?

Possible Answer: To make the elite even more elite than it already is?

I want to know why the Department of Homeland Security is not enforcing the present immigration laws and inforcing them vigorously. There are already laws dealing with businesses who hire illegals, yet there is no serious enforcement. WHY?
Why aren’t we hiring more Border Patrol Agents? Why isn’t the National Guard sent down to the border states to assist the Border Patrol Agents? Why is the government unwilling to do what the Constitution mandates that they do?
The bill that was agreed upon in the senate, before it wasn’t agreed upon, was a joke. It allowed illegals amnesty. Pure and simple. It is ridiculous to slice this group up and let some stay and some be deported. Talk about a bill that cannot be enforced. How long do you think it would take to make documents that said that they have been here for 5 or ten years? Right, about as fast as it takes to get any other fake ID.
They are all here illegally. If they did not come to this country legally then they should go home and do the paperwork.
The people of America are a compassionate people but there is a limit to how much they will take. They expect our lawmakers to protect our country, not give it away. There are millions of legal immigrants who have sacrificed and followed the rules and this is an affront to all of them.
The term American’s keep hearing is that they are "in the shadows". Give me a break. They are open and blatantly defiant. And to see tens of thousands of illegals led by communist organizations protesting in the streets to demand that OUR government GIVE them “AMNESTY” or make them “CITIZENS” makes most Americans blood boil. But, when John McCain sees them he says, "the country has spoken". He is listening to the wrong country. And so is the president and many in congress.
Lawmakers need to focus on interior enforcement. If our present laws were vigorously enforced, as they should be, we wouldn't be talking amnesty/guestworker. These people would go back home. Indeed, they wouldn't have come in the first place, except legally. This whole issue has come down to many in congress and the president, putting their desire to get those Latino votes by compromising and ignoring our laws, and it is infuriating.
If the senate were serious about the illegal immigration problem they would openly support and adopt H.R. 4437 and H.R. 3095. These two bills combined would be a great place to start. And get rid of the "anchor baby" clause.
There is a great need to control who and how many people come to this country. Without necessary controls, many dangers exist. One very important danger of bypassing our immigration laws is an increase in drug resistant Tuberculosis, hepatitis A B & C, leprosy, Chagas Disease, Hemmorhagic Fever, dengue fever, Polio, malaria and other communicable diseases. Additional dangers exist in the strain on health care facilities, roads and highways, water & sewer issues, power, and our law enforcement.
There are inherent dangers in not planning on what the future growth of this country will be. The population of this country more than tripled in the 20th century. It has increased by 10 million from July 2002 to January 2006 according to the Census Bureau. This should be a concern to all. There are 400,000 to 500,000 illegals (probably a low number) sneaking into this country every year. What will it look like in 2050? Do the math.
Immigration reform is going to be weighing heavily on the minds of Americans when they go to the polls. And to put this issue off until after the election tells us that the lawmakers are afraid to let their intentions known lest they don’t get re-elected. Whatever happened to standing on principle? Whatever happened to standing for America?
SECURE THE BORDERS! NO AMNESTY! NO GUESTWORKER! ENFORCE THE LAW!

For those conservative Republicans and moderate Democrats who are completely fed up with both the Democratic and Republican parties and their failure to put this country and its people first, I suggest looking into the Constitution Party.

The Constitution Party is against illegal immigration and is for putting America first and protecting the rights of Americans under the U.S. Constitution.

Frankly, if we keep letting misguided loyalty to either the Democratic or Republican parties blind us to what the politicians in both of those parties are doing and their complete indifference to the well-being of the average American and this country, then this country is in serious, serious trouble.
