Gov. Jim Gibbons Monday discussed a plan with Mexican officials that would allow Mexican nationals to get health care in Nevada with the bills paid by their own government.

Gibbons, who arrived in Mexico City late Sunday, met with top Mexican officials to talk about border security, health care and education. He held a telephone conference with Nevada media Monday afternoon.
In his meeting with Mexican Secretary of Health Jose Calderon, Gibbons said he discussed the “Windows of Healthâ€
