Andy Ramirez, who has been involved with the case as chairman of Friends of the Border Patrol, told WND the DHS's actions "represent obstruction of justice, and they should be held in contempt of Congress, and, if possible, prosecuted to the full extent of the law."
    Exactly!

    What

These people should do time for this. This entire affair has stunk from the beginning. These agents should have never been found guilty. They shot a illegal immigrant drug dealer?

Interesting that another article states that the drug smuggler admitted to saying to his buddies (other "fine citizens") should put together a hunting party and go shoot BP agents. They have proof this drug smuggler said this, but they can't provide proof the agents said what they said.
Sutton should be in prison, not the agents.

that was probably the doper being told that the drug cartel he works for was going to do that and he also told his BP agent friend, the BP agent told him not to do it, and the doper agreed cuz he didnt want to get into more trouble
