Check this out, a child molester, kicked out of the country only to return to commit more crimes. Is there no way to civilly sue on behalf of the People? How can we pay for this morons trial, lawyer and future incarceration?
Let's set up illegal alien chain gangs. They want a better life, well they can't cost us money anymore.

WHo Ha WHo Ha, that's the sound of the illegal immigrants, working on the chain gaaang.

Down here we have a problem with Salt Cedar Trees(Tamarisk) taking over the riverways. It is an alien tree, what better way to get rid of it than to use illegal alien criminals to remove them for us. You wouldn't need a chain, everywhere around is desert with no water, n o place to run... for long.

WHo Ha, WHo Ha..... What's with all these reduced charges? Mesa County has gone mad.

MONTROSE — Federico Ortega, a Mexican native who was arrested in Delta County last November, deported, then came back a few days later and was arrested in Delta County again, pleaded guilty to two reduced charges Friday.

Ortega, 30, appeared before Judge Charles Greenacre in Delta Combined Court and pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual contact with a teenager, a charge reduced from the original one of sexual assault. His sentencing will be May 5 at 9 a.m., said Mandy Allen, clerk of the Delta Combined Courts.

Ortega also pleaded guilty to prohibited use of weapons and will be sentenced for that charge at the same time.

Ortega faces two jury trials, Allen said.

On May 31, jury selection will begin for Ortega to stand trial for possession of schedule II narcotics with intent to distribute, possession of controlled substance by a special offender and several counts of violations of bail bond and protection orders.

Another jury trial will begin July 31 when Ortega faces charges of felony menacing, possession of schedule II narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia, Allen said.
