I see you still support increasing illegal immigration because that's exactly what your plan would do. FYI: Our goal is to decrease it, not increase it.

Under the best conditions your plan is unworkable for many reasons, but above all else, it would have a major negative result as long as our border remains unsecured. You can't make life even more miserable on folks and expect them not to want to leave the situation. Nope, that will only encourage more to come. Furthermore, country leadership will never play along because to do so would seriously impact the billions in remittances they receive from illegals in the United States. Your plan also does nothing to stop drug mules, human traffickers, etc. from crossing our borders.

The first step to halting the flow of illegals into our country is to secure our borders!
