Grenade attack in Mexico kills 1, wounds 3

The office of Veracruz state Gov. Javier Duarte says gunmen fleeing police tossed the grenade from their car onto a street on the outskirts of the city.

The statement did not give the age of the children or their condition.

The blast occurred Sunday in an area frequented by tourists.
