Mr. Gutierrez seems to have a very radical past, some would consider him to be an extremist This could explain why he wants the President to keep Arizona from passing a law on illegal immigrants.
I think the is trying to build HIS OWN political base at the expense of American tax payers.

Chicago hothead Rep. Luis Gutierrez echoes threats of civil disobedience if the Democrats don't crucify themselves on a cross of amnesty:
