Haitian Illegal Charged With Raping Pregnant Woman at MA ‘Migrant Hotel’

An illegal alien from Haiti has been charged with raping and assaulting a pregnant woman with a dangerous weapon in Massachusetts after he was released into the country by U.S. Border Patrol (USBP).

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the recent arrest of 34-year-old Marc Kervens Beauvais in Peabody.

Beauvais, a citizen of Haiti, illegally crossed the southern border near Del Rio, Texas, and was caught by USBP on June 26, 2021.

USBP issued Beauvais a notice to appear for processing and set him loose in the interior.

“The Peabody Police Department arrested Beauvais July 31 for the offenses of aggravated rape, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a pregnant victim and attempt to commit a crime,” ICE explained in a press release.

The brutal attack occurred at a hotel housing illegal aliens in Peabody, law enforcement sources reportedly told Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin.



ICE immediately lodged an immigration detainer with the Peabody Police Department, which honored the request.

Beauvais was arraigned in Peabody District Court on August 1 and transferred to custody of ICE Enforcement Removal Operations (ERO) Boston, where he remained as of August 15.

“Marc Kervens Beauvais is charged with committing unspeakable acts against a pregnant woman in Massachusetts,” ERO Boston Field Office Director Todd M. Lyons said in a statement.

“We simply cannot allow anyone that poses such a threat to prey upon the residents of our communities.

Earlier this year, another Haitian male was arrested for raping an underage disabled girl at a ‘migrant hotel’ in Massachusetts and later released on $500 bail.

Authorities continue to catch dangerous foreign criminals illegally present in the U.S., many of whom have been previously released into the country by law or immigration enforcement agencies.
