    Article IV, Section4

    Can't we approach this from a Constitutional requirement? I say we try to force the government to oblige. Do any of you know where we could go for help? Doesn't the Constitution trump Bush? I am getting desperately depressed about this. Thanks

    congress is suppose to have oversight of the President and administration to ensure that they don't break the constitution. and the judical branch is suppose to ensure that both other branchs obey the constitution. Bush as rigged the playing board to ensure that he wins.
