Thread: Hazelton: ACLU atty reacts to dismissed charges in slaying

The ACLU needs to take the American out of their name, because they do not represent Americans. We should deport that useless group right along with the illegals.

"This dismissal of charges adds to the long list of discredited claims Barletta has made in the course of demonizing undocumented immigrants for allegedly destroying Hazleton," said Witold J. Walczak, legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania.

What a dastardly comment from the people's choice villians. Long list? Just more shock and awe from the anti-American communist liberals union.

So , the gun was found in the apartment of an immigrant that moved out of the country. The two suspects will eventually be sent out of the country.

Yep. They must not have done it. Must have been the pizza boy.

Victim’s father OK with decision

The father of murder victim Derek Kichline agreed with Friday’s decision to drop charges against two men arrested in the killing rather than have them exonerated for lack of evidence.

Derwood Kichline said he wanted authorities to withdraw the charges as soon as he found out that evidence changed.
“Five, 10, 15 years from now if somebody blabs, they could still try it. There is no statute of limitations on murder,â€

Barletta: ‘Illegal aliens got away with murder’

Whenever asked to justify the need for his controversial ordinance, Hazleton Mayor Lou Barletta told the tragic tale of two illegal immigrants allegedly killing 29-year-old Derek Kichline.



With the murder charges against Dominican nationals Joan Romero and Pedro Cabrera now dismissed, those details were never proven in court.

But that won’t change how Barletta tells the story.

“Today, a young man is still dead, and illegal aliens got away with murder,â€
