Thread: Hearing to Appeal Ramos/Compean delayed till Dec

Listening to a radio podcast. its been reported that the original date for the appeal to the fifth curcuit court in the case of Ramos/Compean vs. the US has been DELAYED until the first week in December

Seems one question Ramos had asked his wife is "why hasnt President bush commute my sentence."

The Federal Prosecutor Johnny Sutton, that put them in jail by withholding crucial information from the Jury needs to be dis-barred and charged with federal crimes....

Scooter libby pardoned but our fine border patrol procecuted for doing a fine job... they should have been promoted and given a pay raise for they'er action involving a drug smuggler

The Bush administration views these 2 border patrol officers as collateral damage. Just so the Bush administration can roll trucks and an Illegal hoard across our sovereign land and putting the BP officers in a state of fear of losing thier jobs for doing thier jobs

This is Treason... nothing less. President Bush, Rice, Chertoff and Johnny Sutton, just to name a few need to be charged with Treason, tried by a Jury and Just Sentancing to occure
