(CBS4) As their days of freedom in South Florida wind down, two brothers facing deportation to Colombia are again taking their fight our nation’s capital.
Juan Gomez and his brother Alex were on their way to Washington D.C. about 6:00 p,m. to lobby for the passage of the Dream Act which would help more than 65-thousand students who are facing deportation because of their parents' immigration status.
“I’m going to tell them to support the Dream Act because it means so much to us,’ Juan Gomez told CBS4’s Ileana Varela who spoke with him at the airport.
