Thread: Help Wanted Ads Go Unanswered in West

EMPLOYERS ARE ADDICTED TO ILLEGAL WORKERS. SO RIGHT NOW THEY ARE GOING THROUGH WITHDRAWAL. BUT THEY WILL HEAL....AND THEN THEY WILL HIRE CITIZENS. THIS IS IF THEY WANT TO STAY IN BUSINESS. OTHERWISE THEY CAN GO OUT OF BUSINESS. AND THE SMARTER BUSINESS OWNERS CAN PICK UP THE SLACK. AND IT WILL LEAVE SOME ROOM FOR NEW BUSINESS.

Here's another reason why someone can't find workers. There are some people that are just downright hard to work for or work with. Then you have those bosses who are better than thou and have a high standard of living(new car, new huge house, etc) and pay their workers a pittance. The word gets around fast about how an employer treats his workers.
