Only U.S. citizens (both native born and naturalized) are allowed to vote in Presidential elections.....naturalized citizens must pass an English proficiency exam and take the citizenship written test in English.. Both Hillary and Obama voted against making English the official language of the United States (even though countries like the Phillipines, India and Singapore make English their official language b/c there are so many different native languages, they needed to have ONE common language for everyone).
