I tried to email Baca's office on this but it won't let you use the webform without a zip in his district. So I'll call. My district Representative Jim Costa is also a member of the Hispanic caucus so I emailed him my deep opposition to Baca's plan. Maybe we need to hit all the members of the Hispanic Caucus.

The Congressional Hispanic Caucus says it is prepared to introduce a new immigration reform bill later this year which will confront Congress with the tricky issue of legal residency for 12 million undocumented workers in the middle of an election season, 1200 WOAI news reports.

I wouldn't agree to anything this ethno-centric cacus proposed since they continue to put the needs of illegal invaders ahead of what's best for ALL Americans , not just those with hispanic last names.

Look at the board members. Everyone of them appears to be hispanic. Does that give you a clue as to who's interest they seem to represent. I wonder how many of them are anchor babies?

Yea, for the moment, unfortunately they will not be going anywhere. But I would like to put them all on a bus along with your hispanic cacus and send them south.

If we consistently enforce the laws and cut off public benefits, illegal aliens will return to their home countries over time.

We need to push for the SAVE ACT now.

The Congressional Hispanic Caucus is very organized and well-practiced ........illegal aliens file income taxes to prove they've been working in the U.S.----a fact ignored is they have been illegally working in the U.S.

*How legal is The Congressional Hispanic Caucus or any other ethnic/racial/special-interest group since it discriminates by pushing one group's special interests?

*Wasn't segregation in schools, public places, etc. was banned after the Civil Rights Movement?

*Can one think special interest groups are working toward an 'apartheid-like' government, based on certain special interests, rather than the good of all?
