Nice one lagalatina! I bookmarked the Philly Inquiror so I can send them all of the stories that they are obviously missing. I'll bet I get no response from them.

Holy smokes....this Garcia character was only 15 in 2003 when he committed his first murder as an "enforcer for the Mexican Drug Cartels"...and 16 when he killed again in 2004. How come Johnny Sutton was able to find Aldrete-Davila so quickly in Mexico ....but they can't find this guy?
