Hispanics make up two-thirds of SJ Valley children

FRESNO, Calif. (AP) - Figures newly released by the U.S. Census Bureau show that nearly two-thirds of all children living in the San Joaquin Valley are Hispanic.

The figures show that Hispanics make up 48% of Fresno County's overall population and 60% of children younger than age 10.

While immigration accounts for some of the gain, those who study the Valley's changing demographics say that Hispanic women are having children at a rate one-third higher than non-Hispanic white women.

According to the newly released data, 31% of Fresno County residents and 25% of San Joaquin County residents speak Spanish at home. Nationally nearly 20% of U.S. residents speak a language other than English at home.

And? So what! So now my kids are a minority and this means what? They gonna have a white drive now? Save our "white people"?

They should white people have been taking care of everyone else since.....well after the civil rights movement in the 60's

These women are out there having children indiscriminately, doing exactly what groups such as The National Council of La Raza, MEChA, The Brown Berets, The Mexica Movement, etc. have told them to do. Why not? It pays off big time.

They are fully subsidized for having a truck load of kids and they don't have to pay their hospital bills either. If Whites could afford it, they'd probably have more kids too, but there is a sense of community conscience in a higher functioning part of the community and pride in being able to support their children themselves instead of forcing fellow taxpayers to do it.

These baby factories have no conscience about what their over breeding is doing to the infrastructure of the San Joaquin Valley, the financial burdens it places upon American citizen taxpayer's or the environmental impact. Instead of rewarding these people with freebies for every anchor baby they have, penalties should be given for every child they have after the first two, like cutting off ALL welfare in any way shape or form!

They will find that they will NEVER have a better life by continuously having a lot of children. Better than where they came from, but do they really want to settle for what they will get if they don't get it under control? It will never be middle class to be sure.
