Suspects Jump From Van, Run From Border Patrol
Police Take Two People Into Custody

SAN DIEGO -- Border patrol are actively searching City Heights for a number of suspects who jumped from a van officers had been following.

Border patrol had followed the van from East County to City Heights, where it suddenly stopped on Fairmount Avenue near Dwight Street.

San Diego police are involved and they already have two people in custody.

It's not clear how many suspects are at large or why border patrol was following the van from East County.
