Wal-Mart is once again the focus of the Department of Homeland Security, NBC News has learned.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested dozens of suspected illegal immigrants after raiding a Wal-Mart distribution center in Pennsylvania, NBC News' Mike Kosnar reports.

The center is under construction near Minersville, Penn. The name of the construction company that hired the workers in question will be released Friday.

A Homeland Security spokesperson said this action shows that while agents focus on critical infrastructure such as nuclear plants and airports, other non-critical companies can't get away with hiring illegal immigrants.

Wal-Mart paid $11 million earlier this year to settle claims that the retail giant's janitorial contractors were hiring illegal workers. That four-year investigation resulted in more than 200 arrests.
