Thread: Homeless in San Diego? If you're an illegal, no problemas!

Scott Peters, San Diego City Councilman and illegal alien supporting traitor to America is seeking funds from the Feds to build homes for the illegals now living in shacks in the canyons of North San Diego at a rate of $5 a day or even FREE. Do you know of any Americans who are given living quarters at taxpayer expense for $5 a day or FREE? I didn't think so.

He plans to apply for a grant of $3 million to build plush new housing for the illegals so they won't be homeless since the police have been ordered to evict the masses of illegal alien men from their dangerous, alcohol, drug, prostitute and crime infested, fire trap shanties. Uh, how about returning them to their home and let their countries build them housing for $5 a day. Friggin' moronic traitor.

Making an appearance on News 8 this morning Councilman “I want to give illegals housing” Scott Peters was asked about his idiotic idea of providing shelter to illegals in a city where someone who makes six figures can’t afford a house.

We have the audio of what he said… but here are a few facts you need to know before you listen his spin.

The Rick Roberts Show, Phil Thalheimer, and Andy Ramirez broke the story of the illegal encampments in Rancho Penasquitos.

We broke the story almost a year ago. Where was Scott Peters then?

Peters says in the interview that the housing would be for “legals.”

Scott, Scott, Scott…. How damn dumb do you think we are?

If they were here ‘legally,’ I seriously doubt they would secretly be living in a canyon preserve.

Maybe Scott is hoping that once he dangles “free housing” in front of them they will change their status?

Well, that takes us back to the original and bigger problem. WHY GIVE THEM ANYTHING AT ALL?

NO ONE GAVE ME A FREE HOUSE AND I’VE BEEN LEGAL AND SUPPORTING THIS COUNTRY ALL OF MY LIFE!

Hey Scott…here’s an idea…Why don’t you work on getting the illegals sent back to Mexico like the law states, and start building nice free houses for our brave military men and women who are willing to lay down their lives for this country.

Here is the fundamental problem most of us have with your idea Scott.

You want to keep the canyons safe from fires being started, so do we.

You want to keep women and children in Penasquitos safe, so do we.

You think it’s inhumane for them to live in the canyons… we don’t care. If it was so bad, they wouldn’t be there.

But you want to reward lawbreaking, border crossing, fire-starting, illegals WITH HOUSING!

We want you to clean up the canyons and DEPORT THEM.

Scott , how long do you think until it become public knowledge in Mexico that we in San Diego have free housing for them?

You, City Councilman Scott Peters, are encouraging people to cross our border by giving them this incentive.

Stuff like this is getting more insane as each day passes. They are booting elderly out of their PAID FOR homes here because it needs a new roof and porch repair and doesn't match the building code, they are selling new homes to illegals with no credit check, bogus papers, etc. They are throwing citizens out in the streets with no where to go and NOW they want to build free housing for illegals? Never in my life have I ever heard of anything more insane.

Here atleast once they put the story in about the elderly people.......volunteers are comming to their aid. But where's their government aid tax paid money? Everyday you hear of people loosing their homes for medical expenses. I mean enough already!!!!!

How about helping them get a job or going back to school???
How about spending American tax money on Americans who risked their lives for America???

I knew a fellow Nam vet back in the early seventies who went and applied for a training class to become a mechanic and he was told he did not qualify so he asked what did he need to do to qualify, he was given an honest answer and was told to go out in the street and punch the first cop he sees in the mouth.
Our vets deserve better than these law breakers and I can't understand the thinking of people like this and it makes me so mad I could chew nails!!
When I came back home I was spit on and had rocks and bottles thrown at at me, nobody offered me free housing or training, I had to go out and work for what I got.
Our vets coming back home now deserve this money and our respect not a bunch of law breakers that have no idea of what it means to be loyal to their country!

I recall during the Vietnam days an old boyfriend of mine from Illinois who was stationed up in Oakland came to visit me. He didn't want to wear his uniform because of the bad looks he got from people. I will never forget that.
Your post moved me more than I can say. You vets from those dark days deserved/deserve so much more from our government. You are appreciated and admired, MountainDog, by many of us.
