Honduran pleads guilty to immigration violation
A Honduran man has pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Pittsburgh to violating federal immigration laws.
Jose Alvarado-Galvez, 31, of Honduras, was removed from the U.S. in April 2004 but was found in Western Pennsylvania two months ago. Alvarado-Galvez neither applied for nor obtained permission to re-enter the county, prosecutors said.
Alvarado-Galvez had been detained without bond to await sentencing scheduled Oct. 5 before U.S. District Judge David S. Cercone

Adios. I don't care if it's one at a time. It's one less and that's good. It's obvious they still don't quite grasp the ILLEGAL part since this is his 2nd time.

Give the good people of Pittsburgh credit, he has been jailed for the last two months with bail Tell me one other jurisdiction that actually does the same thing and not just release them back into society
