HORROR: 74-Year-Old Woman on Life Support After Being Run Over by Drunk Illegal Alien in Hit-and-Run in Miami (VIDEO)

A beloved 74-year-old woman was critically injured after being run over by a drunk illegal alien in a hit-and-run crash in Miami last weekend.

Geraldine Byrd is currently on life support after Tomas Raymundo Brito crashed his truck into her.

A witness heard Geraldine Byrd, who was trapped underneath the truck, screaming, ‘I’m dying! I’m dying!”

Raymundo took off on foot, but he was arrested after a neighbor called the police.

According to the arrest affidavit, Raymundo told investigators that he consumed five beers before the hit-and-run.

31-year-old Raymundo is an illegal alien from Guatemala. He was working in Miami as a landscaper when he crashed into Geraldine Byrd.

It is unclear when Raymundo entered the US.

A hit-and-run crash in southwest Miami-Dade over the weekend left a 74-year-old woman on life support.

Loved ones and neighbors said the victim, Geraldine Byrd, is in critical condition.

The alleged driver, Tomas Raymundo Brito, 31, now faces felony charges for leaving the scene of a crash with serious injuries and driving without a license.

Brito told investigators that he is from Guatemala and does not have lawful status in the United States, according to arrest records.

According to investigators, Byrd stopped her car on Lincoln Drive near her home’s driveway early Sunday morning and got out of the vehicle to open the gate.

As Byrd walked past the driver’s side door of her car, a black pickup truck crashed into the back of the car, investigators said.

The Department of Homeland Security demanded that Miami-Dade work with ICE to ensure this monster is not released into the community.

“Miami-Dade county must work with ICE to ensure this criminal is NOT released back into our communities and is REMOVED from our nation,” DHS said on Thursday.
