House GOP members have come up with a forceful campaign against illegal immigration.

They demand the government to make an immediate plan to bring illegal entry into the country down to nearly zero well within five years.

Michigan Rep. Candice Miller's Secure Border Act of 2011 has 14 co-sponsors, with Homeland Security Committee Chairman Peter King, R-N.Y.

The legislation will be introduced this week.

It demands the Homeland Security Department to turn up with a five-year plan to reduce illegal entries and smuggling down to zero and engage to insert more fencing, sensors, agents and even drones.

The plan will be given to Congress, which will then finance it.

The United States has invested $4.5 billion to perk up border security since 9/11, and Miller s legislation will increase that amount considerably.

"They need to be very candid with us and tell us what they need," Miller said. "We're the ones passing the budgets and we will decide amongst ourselves."
