Dozens of Central American migrants traveling in a caravan scaled the border fence near Tijuana, Mexico on Tuesday, after the US government started work to 'harden' the border ahead of the arrival of thousands of more migrants.Dozens climbed on the border fence, at least one young man jumped over into US side of the border, before running back.US border patrol officers, some on horseback, looked on from a distance.

Why are they allowed to even sit on that so-called joke of a border security fence? I have to believe the fence is on U.S. soil because the Mexican government would never allow us to build on their land. Get the military there immediately to place razor wire along the top!

Emergency crews rescue man stuck on border fence in Otay Mesa

SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A man trying to sneak into the United States over the border fence in Otay Mesa Tuesday got stuck in barbed wire on top of the barrier and had to be rescued by emergency personnel.

The stranded migrant was discovered shortly before 4 p.m. near the southern terminus of La Media Road, near Brown Field airport, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.

Firefighters used a ladder truck to get to the uninjured man, who was about 20 feet above the ground, SDFRD spokesman Maurice Luque said. It took about an hour to free him, after which he was turned over to the U.S. Border Patrol, according to Luque.

I hear what you're saying, however, at least the razor wire would serve as some deterrence. I guess something is better than nothing.

I'm sure it is on US soil, but they are allowed because the invaders have more rights than citizens.

If a US Citizen perched on the fence around the WH you know what would happen, but invaders waving their flag, with their middle finger in the air, from the border wall---NO PROBLEM!

There are shelters in Tijuana for women and children, but not room for everyone.
