I don't know if they're being followed or not. I'm not defending ICE. I don't think ICE has the legal authority to usurp US law with "parole" to begin with.

ICE doesn't hand out the work permits. USCIS does that.

All I know is the President issued an Executive Order to among other things, end this parole and work permit crap for phony asylum seekers his first week as President in January of 2017.
