    re: embassy

keep in mind that it sits between SYRIA & IRAN
IRAN is getting their nuclear tech from {among others} N. Korea {China's puppet} & Russia and has already aquired much from Pakistan. SYRIA is their puppet and probably is housing the WMD from Saddam.

We're in the middle of the hottest hot bed in the world which has been building up for over 30 years. Islamist fundamentalism is NOT NEW.......it simply hit critical mass having been given a hefty boost by our communist/socialist/marxist organizations that gained strength in the 70s.

    {I'm not "defending" this HUGE Embassy, mearly stating fact. We must have the 1st Embassy but this one is unbelievable}

Also in dispute was about $600 million in the Senate version of the bill to hire 1,000 new border patrol officers and other immigration agents and provide 2,000 new beds for detainees.
Why is this even an issue? Maybe if you clowns would stop spending our tax dollars on pork then you wouldn't even have to dispute this.

The immigration restrictions have White House backing and could help President Bush win support for a temporary worker program that he has said should include illegal immigrants already in the country. House Judiciary Committee Chairman James Sensenbrenner, R-Wis., had pressed for the restrictions, saying they would enhance border security and were needed independent of other immigration reforms.
That's what he thinks. Not going to happen. He thinks supporting this will win him the political capital he needs to enact his heavily unpopular shamnesty program. Bush needs to realize that he has no political capital and he is nothing more than a lame duck president. This clown spent all of his political capital on that abomination called Iraq. He thinks he can win political capital so he can spend it on illegal aliens. He better think again. If the Republicans vote in Bush's shamnesty plan, they are finished as a party. They will never win another spot in office for a long, long time. The conservatives will turn their backs on the Republicans in the same fashion they did to us. This clown is trying his best to annoint Hitlery the next president for the next 8 years so he can get his brother Jeb elected after that. The Republicans who don't want this to happen better start fighting now if they know what's good for them.

Governors and state motor vehicle departments had opposed the driver's license provisions as too costly. They also complained state motor vehicle officials will be forced to take on the role of immigration officers.
Too costly? Hey you shmucks, what do you all think would happen if we got hit with another 9-11 or worse? Gee I wonder what the cost would be from the damages sustained? The last one cost us trillions. This is every bit as much about national security as it is immigration. We should not be in the business of giving licenses to those who are here illegally. If these governors gave a crap they would be in support of this so the next Mohammed Atta doesn't strike again.

Civil liberties and gun rights supporters opposed the measure on privacy grounds, saying they fear driver's licenses will evolve into a national identification card.
What are they talking about? This has nothing to do with a national ID card. All this involves is setting standards on how to issue drivers licenses. It has nothing to do with getting new ID. This is another lie being perpetrated by the OBL.

Under the legislation, Americans applying for driver's licenses will have to bring far more information with them to motor vehicle offices. They will be asked to show birth certificates, a photo ID, proof of their Social Security number and a document with full name and home address, according to a copy of the bill obtained by The Associated Press.

Motor vehicle departments will be required to verify the documents and the Social Security numbers. States still could give licenses to illegal immigrants, but they would have different designs or colors to alert security officers that they are unacceptable as IDs for boarding planes or entering federal buildings.
This is the way it should be. Either comply or your drivers licenses becomes about as worthless as a matricula consular card.

Provisions that would make it easier for judges to reject asylum claims and force asylum applicants to meet a higher standard of proof also survived negotiations. However, Sen. Sam Brownback, R-Kan., persuaded colleagues to restore appeal opportunities for asylum seekers and to limit judges' discretion to reject an asylum claim based solely on the applicant's credibility or demeanor.
Aagghhh I'm so sick of this fake Republican. This guy is as big an enemy to our sovereignty as our own president and Ted Kennedy. So when the next Al Qaeda, drug runner or gang member strikes and was able to get into the country by claiming asylum I hope this Bush brown noser gets what he deserves and that's a pink slip.

[quote]The asylum proposals have drawn heavy criticism from Democrats, some Republicans and several religious and human rights groups. Those groups â€â€

Bush won't get his way on the Shamnesty Plan. He still goes to bed at 9 pm dreaming about winning the election and still thinks he has political capital. The man has nothing. He's been exposed. He'll be lucky if he ends his term without impeachment....and gets to leave the White House on time. In the meantime, he can no longer be trusted. He's deliberately festered a situation he should have resolved within his first term. Instead, he laid down American Law and betrayed the American People in ways that the American People will NEVER FORGIVE.

Bush won't get his way on the Shamnesty Plan. He still goes to bed at 9 pm dreaming about winning the election and still thinks he has political capital.
Hehe and don't forget that Laura Bush loves to yuck it up with commies like Al Franken and Jane Fonda and laughs about how she loves watching desperate house wives. No kidding this actually happened. Laura Bush went to some swoiree hosted by some commies and hollywood idiots and actually invited commies like Al Franken and Jane Fonda. Cracked about how her husband is an ignoramous (which I have no argument there) and how he tried to milk a male horse. She also joked about how Bush goes to sleep at 9pm while she watches desperate house wives. This is the crap we have to deal with. Our country is falling apart due to the invasion of illegals and these yahoos are yucking it up with traitors who we were told they are our political enemies. Jane Fonda is the worst traitor of them all. She should be in prison for life, not out in public selling books about her aweful sex life. She is a miserable waste of a human being and I would do a happy dance the day she passes on. Yet the Bush's think she's a hot commodity. Why?

We were told that the Dems are immoral and Republicans like Bush are the altnerative. We were told that they have morals and values. We were told that he would restore honor and dignity to the White House. We were told they were staunch conservatives. It's all a lie. Bush is no different from these people, he just pretended to dislike them for political gain, but at the end of the day, they all probably play patty cake on the golf course together.

Also Jorge Bush is setting up Hitlery Rotten Clinton to be our next president. During the Clinton Library inauguration Jorge Bush called Bill Clinton a man of compassion, a man of the people, etc. Why would Jorge Bush fraternize with a disgraced impeached president? Because he is setting up Hitlery to be the president for 8 years and then Jeb can take over after that and the NWO will be complete. Jorge Bush is a liar, a phony and a traitor.

The man has nothing. He's been exposed. He'll be lucky if he ends his term without impeachment....and gets to leave the White House on time.
Only thing is how do we get the man impeached with a Republican controlled congress? I just don't see it happening as much as I would love for it too. I think the Republicans will distance themselves from him and make him a lame duck, which I think he already is, but I just can't see impeachment. If they couldn't finish off Clinton after he was impeached then I just can't see them doing it to Bush and Clintons offenses were less than what Bush has done, far less. I hope I'm proven wrong, I pray I am.

In the meantime, he can no longer be trusted. He's deliberately festered a situation he should have resolved within his first term.
He could have done this hours after 9-11. It just makes me sick.

Instead, he laid down American Law and betrayed the American People in ways that the American People will NEVER FORGIVE.
I know I never will, but sadly enough the people still elected this idiot into office. Sadly enough we have 3 more years of this idiot in power and I hope and pray that some Tom Tancredo like Republican will rise to power and win in 2008 and restore order and sanity and end the age of stupidity and political correctness. We need to do everything in our power to get Tom Tancredo elected. He's the only one who deserves the presidency. He's the only one who will stand up to this madness. We need to end the reign of the Bush's and the Clintons in 2008. This is our government, not the Bush's or the Clintons. They work for us. Give them all the pink slip in 2006 and 2008.

Hey I call it as I see it. It's a sham, it's downright disgraceful and shameful to push this lie on the American people and trying to backdoor us without asking us how we feel about it.
